Ordering using the price list

If you have a GRIFFIN catalogue and GRIFFIN price list to hand and want to place your order using the product numbers, you can enter them in our express order form here and email it to us at .

International orders

Our customer service team is happy to take orders for delivery addresses outside the EU; please email the team at . International orders are delivered by FedEx or UPS or DHL.

We will send you written confirmation of your order within 24 hours on working days.

Shipping and exchanges

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received by GRIFFIN before midday on working days will be shipped the same day. Orders received by GRIFFIN after midday will be processed and shipped the next working day. 

Orders received by GRIFFIN at weekends or on public holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day. The shipping times of ordered goods are subject to stock availability. 

Shipping method/delivery charges

GRIFFIN uses DHL/FedEx for shipping within the EU and worldwide, allowing you to track your items.

GRIFFIN 1866 Ltd. applies a fixed delivery charge to orders that are processed via the webshop. Customers also benefit from our favourable terms and conditions.

Weight-based delivery charges are applied to orders that are not processed via the webshop.

Our large delivery volumes mean we can offer our customers cheaper delivery charges.

The invoice amount does not include the carrier’s customs clearance fees and the import sales tax of the destination country. These fees are payable solely by the invoice recipient. 

Returns and exchanges

You may return products you have ordered from us and exchange them at any time if you are not satisfied with them. Please contact us at any time in this regard by emailing .

  • Goods that have been produced to your specific requirements.
  • Goods delivered to commercial customers.
